Our Mission:  We are a community of real estate professionals creating business opportunities, developing skills for the future, and achieving our individual potential for success.

Say goodbye to yesterday's real estate market!  These days, things are faster, more complex and more competitive than ever before.  Not only are customers more savvy and more knowledgeable, the competition is, too!  How much information you have, how fast you get it and how you use it are the keys to survival in this brave new world.  That's why you need a source that provides more know-how, more opportunity, and more ways to stay out front of a profession that's changing every day.

That's where we come in.  We're the Women's Council of REALTORS, a nationwide community of real estate professionals that includes many of the best and brightest individuals in the business.  Whether you're looking to step up in the business or stay on top, whether you're looking to learn something new or impart a little wisdom, we're the place where it all comes together.

Get to know WCR, and you'll discover a dynamic mix of professional training and personal support designed to take your business to another level.  With our regularly scheduled speakers and round table discussions.  Our Leadership Training Graduate courses.  Timely, information-packed communications.  And our huge referral network, which nets over 100 million in commission dollars for our members every year.

So discover the Women's Council of REALTORSand you'll find we aren't just another association.  Both personally and professionally, we're the place where it all comes together!

Social media’s continually evolving tools – whether video, audio, image or text – are all directed toward online (and sometimes offline) sharing, talking, networking, broadcasting, giving and receiving feedback, and strengthening our communities.

Learn to focus your social media time toward business goals by using social media to:

  • Keep up with industry standards

  • Check out the blogs and online forums of colleagues, mentors and industry sources

  • Share and receive information and opinions with others.

The presenter is Lisa Creech Bledsoe, director of Calvert Creative, an innovative communications group in Cary. Whether you can barely text or have your own blog, this program on choosing and using social media is for you. Bledsoe will explain how to use Internet tools to connect with your colleagues, community and potential clients. She specializes in discovering and utilizing innovative communication tools and teaching others how they can be applied to help meet business goals.
